Player and family
How the player side works
Profile, consent, and scout card move on one file. The panel shows your stage and any open club requests.
Clubs do not see your full profile until you approve sharing. Scouts read video, rubric notes, and revisions in the same file. Off-platform messages and email are not the official record — steps stay in-product.
Four steps
The four steps below follow in-product states from sign-up to club preview; each stop explains what is complete, what is asked of you, and when the next door opens.
Application
Register through the right door
You enter Unity Scout with a player or family account; the role door sets the next steps and menus. The registration form gathers position, preferred level, match context, and contact details in one spine, and the file does not move to the scout line or club pool until required fields are complete. You can add a profile photo and intro text early, but full content opens to the club surface only after consent steps.
Consent
Sharing line
You approve separate sharing lines for video, full profile, and scout visibility. Which club received which detail, when, and who requested it is recorded in the file; withdrawal or update requests move on the same line. Scouts cannot open detail before consent is complete; on Unity Scout there is no “quietly shared” visibility.
Card
Unity Scout player card
Approved photo, summary, position, and evidence links sit on one card. The club side reads the same rubric language. You can trace which line rests on which video; showcase copy passes scout sign-off.
Visibility
Club preview
After consent is complete, the file enters the club pool in a controlled way; the club sees only the preview area allowed by its role. Extra video or detail requests open in-product and reach you as notifications; the request does not close without a response. Preview, information request, and scout handoff stay tied to one file; the output at the club desk and the card you see read from the same source.
Trust line
Sharing, file, and sign-off stay on one line.
Consent comes first
The club surface does not open without sharing approval. What opened, and when, stays on the file.
One file
Application, revision, and scout notes stay on one profile. Side-channel messages are not the record.
Scout sign-off
Card and showcase copy pass through the scout line — no automatic publishing without approval.
