Club and academy

    Club discovery line

Shortlist, consented preview, and recorded information requests on one screen. You order by need and position; every request leaves a trace in the file.

The club surface reads on the same rubric as the scout file. Full profiles stay closed until player consent is complete.

    Four stops

Operational steps from pool to information request and the desk; at each stop, authority, record, and the next door stay visible.

    1. Pool

      Order by need

You build candidate lists with position, age band, and priority filters; the pool ranks real need, not noise. Each row links to the same scout file; missing consent or pending scout approval shows as status on the list. Players you shortlist move to a limited preview area by club authority; the full file opens only after consent and the handoff line are complete.

    2. Preview

      Controlled card

Full files stay closed until consent is complete; preview stays limited to club role. Card, rubric summary, and evidence links arrive in one frame.

    3. Request

      Information and consent line

Extra video, match context, or detail requests open in-product; scout and player sides update the same file. Preview does not widen before the request closes; response and approval steps show in the file. Side-channel messaging, email, and phone are not the official record; decision language at the club desk reads from the in-product file.

    4. Decision

      From file to desk

Rubric, evidence, and recommendation language move to your shortlist intact; every card on the same spine speeds comparison. Nothing is marked final before scout approval and player consent are complete; revision requests land back in the file. Academy and first-team needs read under the same pool discipline; the final decision stays inside the club — Unity Scout is the record and evidence partner.

    Corporate trust

Reading order, evidence, and scout sign-off stay on one file.

    • Comparable file

Every card arrives on the same rubric spine; shortlists move without sourceless lines at the desk.

    • Consent record

You can trace when each detail opened. Player consent and club preview stay aligned in one file.

    • Scout has final say

Approval and revision stay in field discipline; club-facing summary leaves the scout line.
